where's waldo?

so this past weekend i went hunting and i snapped this picture thru the window of the blind...

there is a critter in this picture...can you find and identify it??? i left the picture 'large' so click on it and have a look....

couple hints without giving it away-
it is considered a large game animal here in GA...they do have their own season...

(it's not a deer)

ETA- it was a turkey, a hen turkey. she was way out there in the road, 100 yards. she hung out eating bugs for a couple hours until two domestic dogs came trotting down the road and spooked her off. *dang dogs* no chance of seeing any deer now....*dang dang*

the turkey has been circled. she is walking away from me...
see, there she is, all zoomed in.

it is illegal in GA to shoot a hen turkey...turkey season is in the spring...the limit is three toms.

i have some pictures with hidden deer, too! maybe i'll post one one day...

thanks for playing :)

  4. We used to have a cabin on Allatoona and we'd see turkey all the time. I miss that place. Any luck with your hunting?

  7. I imagine when you tell what and where it is I'll see it but after a quick search I "have seen a couple things that could be an animal" if I use my imagination. So guess I'm not seeing it. You make my day.

  8. Looks more like a hawk than a turkey, but since hawks don't have a season, must be a turkey!

  9. I still can't see it...

  10. I can't see it! Even after sharpening/brightening the picture, I can't see it :( Must be a turkey since others see a turkey, but I can't find it :( I suck at these games! :P

  11. You'll need to circle it. I can't find that turkey. I too would starve. We did kill two copperheads in the yard last week!

  12. Yes that's what i saw and it took me to my bear hunting days where the bear will just start emersing itself from the forest/underbrush and kind of like just start to appear as it comes out. However i didn't really think that was it but now I know! Thanks for sharing I enjoyed looking for a critter!!
