so davis listens to a particular radio station that has a 'well known' DJ personality. he knows that they are going to be at a local watering hole tonight doing promotions and wants to go. we go. so they are giving away tickets to chastain amphitheater to see Kansas. and darn, if i didn't win a set of those....then right before they leave, they have everyone stand up that had already won tickets, that would be me. so the 8 people who had won are made to go stand in front of the whole restaurant and play the 'number game' (it doesn't mean diddly- but i was the only girl) we had to guess what number his side kick wrote down (between 1 and 5) if you guessed correctly, you stayed up til there was only one left. that would be me. my picture is probably on their website....i'll go look later to see if they posted it and see if i can find a link...
YEAH!!! i'm finally going to chastain for a concert! and -get this- we have a table up front and center!!! this is SO freaking cool!!! i'm going to take my camera and see if i can get some nice pictures and post tomorrow....
needless to say, it was a nice finish for a crappy day....
