wanna see the coolest thing in the world??!!

so this is my long arm room- pretty run-of-the-mill boring: white cabinets, builder neutral walls...and photo bombing barney...

not exactly an inspiring fun place to be....

a friend of mine's son is an artist and i asked him if he wanted to paint my cabinet doors....i originally wanted a mural on the wall, but since this room won't be Nemo's home permanently, that was x-nayed. not to mention that davis would've crapped a squealing worm...

so off my doors went....

i gave him pretty much free rein with the design, i only asked for a 'quilt or die' type theme with a definite graffiti feel...

he didn't disappoint!!

of course, barney photo bombed this photo shoot too :)

now to hang some quilts and hide as much of that wall color as fabric-ly possible :)
