i am LAing....most of the quilts i've finished up, i can't show you...yet.
i finished this one today and barb came and fetched it. with all the work i put into it and how long it was on the frame, i feel partial ownership in it and it's always hard to watch them leave....*sigh*
im NOT keeping it.....*giggle*
it was a big one....lots of work in the piecing.
each block was done in three sizes: 12", 9" with a frame, and 6"
the applique was perfectly machine stitched.
the back....
and here's my progression the garden block quilt....i'm fighting working on it cause i have other more pressing things i really need to be doing....
i am feeling 100% better today.....except for the stuffy head and my ears doing the whole 'rice crispies' noise in my ears. being sick is the very very last thing on my list of favorite things about being human

The quilt piecing and applique is beautiful, and your longarming makes it stunning. Did you just free-motion the whole thing? No pantographs? Very nice work. Difficult to part with, but I hope she swapped $$ in exchange!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work as always!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you're feeling better, it sucks to be sick.
You have to stay well so you can fly West for some more fun.
Take care,
Coleen
