vintage stars

here's the quilt i finished up this week. laura came and got it yesterday...it is her orginal design using those beautiful vintage fabrics...i was drooling the entire time...










i love the way the quilting looks....and i must brag a little! even though it looks like i did alot of stops and starts...NOPE! i figured out how to quilt each row continuous...(yes i can get lazy) i just changed one little bitty thing about the design and it became continuous...i love it when that happens...








i love the backing! it's white and with white thread it is so wholecloth looking....ahhhh. quilting- it does the mind good....
