it wanted feathers, and who was i to argue.

this quilt belongs to my friend becky. it measures 51" sq. i used two thread colors: a blue called chicory and a pale yellow named 'sunlight'.

i feathered the yellow and custom quilted the blocks that included a CC theme.

i had fun quilting this quilt. it's been a while since i quilted feathers. for those late to the blog- i LOVE feathers! i wish i could feather every quilt that's brought to me....i was smiling the entire time cause my feathers are what won 'best machine quilting' at the show....
