i could not go to sleep last night...something was trying to get out (creatively get out) and i wasn't seeing it so i decided that my sketch book for my machine quilting designs needed a quilted cover and since it was for my machine quilting- it needed to be wholeclothy...so this is what happened and those are the thread colors i intend on using. i love that purple batik, i'm hoping it looks as good when i get it finished as it does in my head. i have an idea of a technique i want to test, so something small is perfect....i'll keep you posted of the progress.
on another note, i wasn't happy with the messy studio that greeted me this morning. but i'm creative and neatness doesn't count.
